How late is "not medieval"?

Educated guess? I'd say the Middle Ages period ends at 1500... Seem to remember from my primary school days that the Middle Ages lasted from 500 - 1500. And there was a division between Early and Late Middle Ages as well, but I lost the dates on that one :-) I do remember though that the Early Middle Ages lasted (a lot) longer than the Late Middle Ages...

I'm not at all sure the creator of this list had such a long period in mind though, so, good question ;-)

Yeah, for me I'd also go with 1500 as a working cutoff, but no idea what the list creator had in mind...
