City of Bones? Uglies? Vampire Academy? House of Night? Harry Potter?! These are not 'romances'! Sure, like ANY book they have relationship elements in them, but they are not 'Romance' novels!

There is a book I want to find. But I cannot remember who its by or what its called. :( It was about a girl who had drowned and i think the hospital saved her. her and her mom move away to live with her grandma. And she keeps seeing the man she saw when she died. and he wants her. she wears the necklace he gave her. he brings a bird back to life. She tries to stay away but she cant.
