I've always been fascinated by the reading habits of people I admired. Accounts of these books are found in Queen Victoria's, very detailed, journals which were made public by HM Queen Elizabeth II on the year of her diamond jubilee in 2012. Young Queen Victoria liked to write about the books she read and lucky for us we can easily find them online these days. Here's an incomplete list of books found in her journals by me. You'll certainly be impressed by her intellectual prowess at such a young age. (Most of the books are found in her journal entries between 1836 to 1845 but I plan on expanding it later on.)
