Before it's announced and after having reading all the long-list, I think the 5 strongest novels and basically the ones I like the most are:
Boy Swallows Universe
The Lebs
Inappropriation
Too Much Lip
Flames or Lucky Galah (too difficult to choose the last one)
It will be interesting to see how this compares with what The Judges choose.
Overall, it's a fabulous diverse long-list and all the novels are well worth a read.
