The last four or five years I've tried to pick the Miles Franklin winner in advance and I have a perfect record of being completely wrong. So what do people think is going to be the winner?

Same here Lewis. Hopefully, this year is the year, I'd love The Yield to win. I've read 5 of them so far. I haven't read the Murnane one, I suspect it's very complicated, not keen to read it, so that one might win instead.
