This is a list that came to mind after reading one too many books where the LGBT+ protagonists of young adult stories mostly have been pressured into coming out, persecuted in some way or even worse and then expected to move on or forgive everyone. There is an alarming amount of these and I will be putting these all in this list so others stray away from these reads as they are harmful to LGBT people and allies alike.
