Oh well what can I do it's out of my hands I could have made it more clear in the title. If readers like them there's no harm but my original votes were for just 2011 releases. If it was for the most liked that I read in 2011 it would be a hard task for me to choose from the many that I've read.
I hope the male readers back me up so chick lit and urban romance does not make it in the top lot LoL ;p.
Lou wrote: "I hope the male readers back me up so chick lit and urban romance does not make it in the top lot LoL ;p."Too late, I'm totally adding Twilight.
Yas wrote: "Wanted to vote but most are Twilitesque kinda books that I have no intent of ever reading!"Well my original votes list was for titles in 2011 there's no twilightesqines there
Anastasia wrote: "Lou, are you going to purge the list of pre-2011 titles? Can I?"How do you purge it? Will it have to be constantly purged, as pre 2011 might be added in the future.
Go through the list and delete individual entries, after checking release year. Although that gets dicey with hardcover 2010/paperback 2011, for example. You can do this if you have Librarian status.

I realized I lack the decisiveness to delete 2010 titles, I'll leave that decision to others.Removing:
The Five People You Meet in Heaven - Mitch Albom (2003)
I added the 19 books i read 5 stars out of 109 books i read last year. I wasnt giving away 5 stars as i thought.
So many great reads that came out in 2011 and I've hardly read any of them. I'm going to have a long TBR pile in 2012.

Isn't it possible to put in a filter to allow users to only add books published in 2011. I know I have seen such a thing on other lists.
