Hey Chelsea! Edgedancer is included in the Arcanum Unbounded book, along with other important and relevant Cosmere books.

Chelsea Hey Janssen! Question - why do you recommend reading mistborn 4-7 prior to Arcanum and Oathbringer? I definitely get reading Warbreaker before Words of Radiance, just curious about the others. Thanks!

Hey Chelsea! I'll do my best to explain without giving away spoilers. One of the books in Arcanum Unbounded focuses on a very specific Mistborn character. I believe hearing the story of this character is best after the reveal at the very end of The Bands of Mourning. The reveal hits a lot better when you're not expecting the possibilities, and then it is nice to read up on the "how that happened" afterward.

Then obviously, Edgedancer is a part of Arcanum Unbounded and you should try to read that before Oathbringer. It might be potentially better to write this list, but separate all of the books within Arcanum Unbounded and place them differently, but I like keeping it simple and the placement of AU here serves the best purpose. Also, reading all of the second Mistborn era might be a bit much, but I find myself loving going through all of those books back to back, and then having a new wealth of information to take with me into the next Stormlight Archive book. Hope that helps!
