Elliott B. Notes from my highlights, which may be incomplete and there may be actual texts referenced with these names (which is the only reason I have yet to add most of them to the above list), but I will further sort this out as I further annotate and transfer my bookmarks), but the following are relevant (with some additional notes for games, tv shows, etc):

"Sherlock Holmes novel," "Fitzgerald" (further novels? - he's mentioned several times throughout), "Sappho," "Dickenson" [Emily],
"Drowning Ophelia"[not sure which text or what character she is referring to], "Hemingway" [Ernest; "daiquiris and vespers" are mentioned with this, which may hint at a specific book? I am not familiar enough to make any sort of connection], "Austen" [Jane], "Daisey Buchanan," "...scarlet letters..." [could be referencing The Scarlett Letter, or it may be a stretch, this is brought up right next to EdgarAP and DaiseyB though so it feels less so]," "Hammett" [Dashiell], "Arthurian legends" [I would add this but I have yet to figure out the best way to], & "...Gertrude Stein's definition: a gamer is a gamer is a gamer..."

Games: Dark Souls, BioWare (video game company), Dragon Age: Inquisition, Zelda (not sure if a game was specified), Resident Evil, Skyrim, Bioshock, Pac-Man
Movies/TV: Blade Runner, Twilight Zone
Artists: Magritte
Music: Vince Guaraldi

"Zorro" is also referenced at one point, as a character reference.
"Godot" is referenced as a character and may be from Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett - uncertain.

I also believe the egg that must be kept without cracking may be referencing a tale variation of the Fitcher's Bird (/How the Devil Married Three Sisters).

Some other strange references: Sweet Sorrows, and The Starless Sea, Balad Of Simon and Eleanor...these I'll never figure out, I fear.

Sean Flynn Drowning Ophelia refers to Hamlet, and Sweet Sorrows to Romeo and Juliet.
