It says The [number] [something] of [someone] , so Two Graves for the Bishop (#2) isn't right (is it?) as 'The' is missing at the beginning...?

You're right, technically it doesn't fit the criteria 100%, it would have had to be 'The Two Graves of the Bishop' for it to do so. But I'm not that strict so I'll allow it. Good catch though!
