I tend to read in cycles--a lot of one author, or one genre, at a time. No rhyme or reason. Sometimes I read stuff because my wife grabbed it off a shelf at the library, and for every book you see listed there is apt to be a couple of others I began and abandoned when they didn't catch my eye.
