Which one do you think is the most compatible? Although good, I have read a bunch on this list and nothing seems to be as riveting.

Hey Becka,Thanks for creating this very interesting book support group! Besides ELJames, I am a fan of JR Ward and her Alpha-male Vampires. I have already read some on books this list, and am always looking for new authors. Although there are many good authors out there, so far no one quite compares to ELJames and her Fifty Shades character...(Have you heard there are movie rights to this book?)Still, I'll keep on searching. Becka, in your opinion, which author listed here is most like ELJames?
Lots to choose from here...just wondering.

I totally agree with you those books were good but I'm missing my Christian Grey.
Totally agree about Christian too... no one is good enough... This is a job for ELLEN... she needs to find Fifty...LOL
I read the free excerpt of this and it didn't really grab me... Anyone else like it? or Should I give it a shot?
My Boyfriend Merlin My Merlin AwakeningI think that the My Merlin Series is very similar to fsog it Has some eroticism but no BDSM. Which is not the part I felt in love with about fsog anyways
After reading 50SOG I found joey w hill and the series below I can highly recommend this to all lovers of 50 SOG Board ResolutionAfterlifeHostile TakeoverUnlacedLaced with Desire
If you're looking for another emotionally f@#ked up man who is sexy and lovable, moody and tall, dark and handsome, I have another trilogy for you. Christian reminded me so much of Alexander from The Bronze Horseman books. It's a very intense and powerful series, which will rip your heart out...

Finished it! Read 90% of it in one day, and finished last night! It was an easy read, and I just loved Lucas :) It reminded me alot of Beautiful Disaster. It wasn't as intense as other love stories like FSOG or The Bronze Horseman - but I enjoyed it.
done 50sog, bared to you, beautiful disaster, and gabriels inferno/rapture!.....am now lost! fed up ordering books that just dont do it for me! iam looking for similar stories .......love story with hot hot sex! Iam waiting on reflected in you ....fed up waiting! need something to scratch the itch just now....iam now on my second time round with gabriels inferno.....help!
Hey Ashleigh,Have you read any of the Highlander series novels by Karen Marie Moning? I have them all and her sexy druid males are pretty hot. Try The Dark Highlander.
If you dont mind paranormal stories with some great sex, try JR Wards Vampire series, Dark Lover, etc.
Or, less hot, but still great reads, Lara Adrian's Midnight Series.
Have you tried the REALLY hot books by Lisa Marie Rice? There is a trilogy that I have, and she is in a class of her own, in my opinion, for delivering hot sexy alpha males and romance. Try Midnight Man, Midnight Angel, and Midnight Run.
I know how it feels to get finished with a good series, or having read all the amazing stories by a beloved author, and then you think, "what now"?
Hope this helps.
Added some of my faves, but it is simply too hard to put them all in order... The first couple I voted for are in order, but I guess I have too many favorites!

Up In The Air series by R.K. Lilley. Great series and comes recommended to you from someone who read FSoG series three times!

In my opinion they are better than 50SOG. Again my opinion. Hope you enjoy, let me know.

i don't think Wuthering Heights (#921) is quite what was meant by the creator of this list :-) And I have my doubts about The Collector (#938) as well, as it belongs to a completely different category (and is far too good to be on this list... ) :-)I've removed Fifty Shades (#985) itself from this list by the way, as the description clearly says"what else do we like?"
I really like the idea that one needs a 'support group' after reading Fifty Shades.... ;-)
