Is this list for only the Condensed Books (pre-1997) or do you want it to include the Select Editions (post-1997) too? I have every Reader's Digest edition and would like to update this list so that it includes them all.

I am looking for a book that was published in a RDCB sometime in the late 60s to mid70s. It was about an English teenage girl who fell in love with an American pilot. His name was Johnny. Her parents thought she was too young and he was afraid his chances of surviving the war were not good. I would like know the title so I can find an unabridged copy to read.
I am trying to locate the title of a book I read in a RDCB sometime in the 1970's (I think) so it might have been in collection printed from early 1960's to that time. It was set around 1900, a young woman is left a house, I think she had a Scottish housekeeper, and to make ends met she turns her house into a boarding house for travelers, A music box, I think a nightingale, was prominent in the story. It was the gift of a man who came to stay and became the love interest. It was very good and I would like to see if that author wrote anything else.
