How do you feel about upper middle grade being added to this list?

I added some! It's crazy how few books about sex education seem to exist. I thought there would be a lot more of them! I did find several titles with more of an educational focus, but not sex ed in the traditional sense.
I was really surprised at how few exist too! It's been such a hot-button issue for decades now, that I would have thought there would be more fiction about it.
I know, right? I came across a handful that were just slightly too far afield to add, like Officially Losing It, The Most Dangerous Thing, and Confessions of an Alleged Good Girl. Definitely focused on teenage sexuality and sexual health, but not organized sex ed per se.
