Some use the term "deconstruction" although the word has connotations of "destruction." Technically, it is accurate. However, emotionally, I prefer the word "examination." Let's examine what we believe, why we believe it, whether it is "true" to our lived experiences, and whether it leads to wholeness or causes harm.
