These are books with haunting auras. I am not talking about haunting content (though some exceptions apply).

These books are haunting because they are either out of print, the content gives off a lonely, haunted energy, or both.

Something about these books are obscure and esoteric. This creates a wildly haunting energy.

Oftentimes you can never forget them after a read and so their haunting energy follows you. Much of the time, they're beautiful.

This is a list mostly for my own purposes but feel free to add. Please do not add random popular sci-fi books or whatever else. You get what I mean.
