To the list creator(s), I have looked up in the help page and, if you are a librarian, you can remove books from the your list. I think it's pretty stupid that the list owners cannot do it without being a librarian.
"Next to the description of the list, there's a link that says "(edit)". After you click on that, it will take you to another page. There's a link at the bottom: "remove particular books". It will then take you to a list of the books; "delete this book from the list" links are on the right."

I am a librarian and am happy to delete things, but lack time these days to follow the list closely. I did delete 1 item this morning, #83, Villain, by Natalie Zina, because it has a publication date of May 2026. If folks want things deleted, just let me know. I agree that the list owner should be able to manage their own list!
ETA--I also ran a duplicate check that automatically found and merged a single dup

Please authors, for god's sake, use something else than fake profile voting to promote your books. Some of us readers really use and trust these lists to keep track of things, and this honestly ruins the fun for some.
