Everyone remembers those books that they were forced to read at school (and as a direct consequence can no longer stand the sight of them!). I'm not saying they're not good books, but it takes a lot of the fun out of it when you are told to read a chapter on Monday and then spend the rest of the week analysing it before you can move on...
