FYI: This is the 5th year I've put this list together. Last year’s list generated over 7,000 books with 2,000 plus voters. For the first time The Hunger Games was bumped out of the top spot. In fact all top 5 books were new additions (yay) mostly falling into the New Adult Romance category.
For 2013 the top read was Beautiful Disaster followed by Hopeless, Fallen Too Far, Easy and The Fault in Our Stars. Cheers!
