I removed Book Thief and My Sister's Keeper from this list because they were older than 2008. Books must be published in 2008 to be eligible for the 2009 Printz.

The Hunger Games and Paper Towns are my two favorite books on here. Sad they didn't win, but I'm sure the book that did win is great.

To be eligible for the 2009 Printz, books must be published in 2008. I took Along for the Ride, Catching Fire, and Mockingjay off this list because they were published since 2008.

Arn't these supposed to be 2009 Printz contenders? because some of theses are either to old or to new to be from 09. i mean, TFIOS didn't come out till a couple years later.
