thanks everyone for voting on my list!! Makes for interesting viewing and gives you a heads up on great books that are to be released!!!
It's frustrating that almost every book in this list can be thrown onto the YA-paranormal-romance bookshelf... Is nobody else sick of vampires and warewolves?
I kind of wish there were some more independent books in this list (ie not part of a series that goes on forever and ever and ever). Don't get me wrong, I love series if they are good and involve some sort of crime or mystery. However, sometimes a stand alone book is what you need, even if it breaks your heart to finish it because you know it's over forever and ever and ever :).
sigh.... i wish the writers wouldn't make us wait so long i love them to bits but the wait kills me!!!
I agree with you, Kenny, this list IS full of YA paranormal - & especially - vampire books!! I was looking forward to voting for some books I am looking forward to getting, that will not be released until next year, & I'd also hoped to find out about others, from the list.No luck there. Anyway, for those who like historical fiction- "The Reluctant Queen" by Freda Lightfoot will be out Jan. 2011 & "The Irish Princess" by Karen Harper & "Pale Rose of England" by Sandra Worth, will be out in Feb.2011. Does anyone know of any others?
Please feel free to add books that ARE NOT vampire related or romance related in any way to this list. I agree that alot on here are just those books though. Fortunately I love those kinds of books but a change is always good!!
Is everyone reading nothing but vampire books? Where's the realistic fiction, where's the historical fiction, where are the mysteries?

I'm waiting for A Dance with Dragons by George R.R. Martin. I hope it will be released soon in 2011... It has been delayed too many times.
Waiting for Sookie Stackhouse #11.. But man!! I think this series should END now despite how much I love Eric Northman!!
Oh my God!!!! I cant wait for at least HALF of the books to come out.... The covers on all of them look really Dazzling too, don't they???? The Mortal Instruments... Cant wait for that book.... OOOHHHH, I wonder what will happen next???? Do you thnk Clary and Jace will stay together till the end guys???? I hope they do, they deserve to be together....xoxoxox
2011 is going to be a great year for Paranormal Romance and YA fiction! I hope there's a great one coming out Every Week! Its a necessity for true "consumers" who devour our books in 1-3 days each! Even reading 2-3 times doesn't help them last all year unless we have "regularly scheduled programming"! LOL
The Soul (The Host #2) doesn't come out until 2012, so it shouldn't be on this list. And honestly I liked how the first book ended and think she shouldn't even be messing with sequels. Ugh.
I actually adore the sequels to The Innocent Mage by Karen Miller. And when I was younger I loved the Princess Diaries, so good sequels do exist but are rare I guess XD and Stephenie Meyer's plot lines aren't exactly complex so having a sequel is rather pointless.
How do you add a book... I am looking forward to the new Robert McCammon book called The Five.. Also waiting for a new Matthew Corbett book by the same author... but not sure when that is coming...

At the top near the tab "All Votes" there is a tab called "Add Books To This List"
i saw that.. but it looked to me like I had to add somthing that was already in my list... lol.. Im not great at all this techy stuff... takes me forever to figure out how to do stuff...
I just found this website and I'm SOOOOOOOOOO happy! LOL I'm always trying to keep track of the series that I'm into or the Authors that I love as well as books that I want to keep an eye out for and this site does it all. Thanks for everybody and thier lists like this!
Its great when you first find this website! I remember when I stumbled across it I was overwhelmed. I created this list so It makes me happy when I see how popular it became. I hope it helped you out!

PLZ HELP ME!!!
OMG so many books. I have multiple series but buy a new 1 while im waiting for a new one. I heard theres another True Blood after Dead in the family, not a Sookie Stackhouse novel. Looking forward to 3rd installment of Fallen-Passion & 2nd installment of Paranormalcy by Kiersten White called Supernaturally. I love all supernatural not just vamp novels but 2011 is the year!!!
Scorpia Rising (Alex Rider series)by Anthony Horowitz!!!!Throne Of Fire (Kane Chronicles) by Rick Riodan
Oh, I am so *tired* of "paranormal romance" as a genre...!Personally, I'm looking forward to quite a few this year, but especially Seanan McGuire's One Salt Sea, Terry Pratchett's Snuff (we heard the first 50 pages of this new Watch book at DWCon '10 and HELL YES DO WANT PLEASE!) and hoping for The Republic of Thieves, if Scott Lynch is well enough to complete it (and good luck to the guy, he's having a hard time).

P.C Cast's DESTINED is out in November. I'm not sure if your interested in vampires trying to save the world from a hag from hell the wants nothing but power, but I want to read it. :) I recommend it cause it is interesting and fun. (The series by the way is called: HOUSE OF NIGHT)
