The Mass Observation was set up in 1937 in Great Britain. Volunteer "observers" were recruited from all over the country and asked to keep day-to-day accounts of their lives.

Cynthia Smith Jackboot Britain should not be on this list. It is not a Mass Observation Diary. I don't appreciate that it was added by the author who is obviously just self-promoting, not making the list more complete.

I removed Jackboot Britain, as it was miscategorized and has nothing to do with the Mass Observation project.
