John Shaw Game of Throne (Dothraki) and Harry Potter (Parseltongue) were the first to come to mind that weren't on your list. I' not sure sure about the "well-integrated" part though. The Stormlight Archive might count as well though none of the languages are particularly robust yet.

Kim Is the Dothraki pretty good in the series? I know it's amazing in the HBO series, but from what I understand that is largely thanks to David Peterson's expansion of the language.
