As always for these kinds of lists, the more helpers the better. The easiest way for ANYONE to help maintain this and related lists is to vote for books already on the list but with only 1 vote. This will mean a maintainer can remove their vote for that book and vote for another book. Everyone, including the list creator, is limited to voting for 100 books - so maintaining a list of a size over 100 books needs cooperation from quite a few people.
A LIBRARIAN can assist by noting when books have met the criteria for another list. And can add that book to that list and REMOVE it from this list.
A NON-LIBRARIAN can always add the book to the next list and note that it needs removing (and on what page to find the book).
ANYONE can find books that meet the criteria for the list that are missing and add them.
ANYONE can also note where there are books on the list (and what page they are on) that don't meet the criteria and note that fact for a librarian or perhaps the voter to fix.
Thank you

Thanks for any help on maintaining these lists. By graduating, I assume that means you put these books on the next list and deleted them from this list one?

Any of the individual books have 10,000 + ratings."As far as I'm concerned, if it is a fantasy entry with 100 to 999 ratings, then it can be on this list - even if it is a box set or multi-volume. A bigger problem is that I have only 100 votes - and I can't maintain this list without A LOT more help. Books that should be on this list are not. And related lists have the same difficulties. So feel free to help out - add missing books to this list. Vote for books on this list that have only 1 vote.
The Riftwar Saga Series Books 2 and 3: Silverthorn, A Darkness at Sethanon doesn't belong on this list. Any of the individual books have 10,000 + ratings.
The Wild Road graduated.(just passing through as I don't normally maintain these, but thought that I'd help out whilst I'm here. :) )
