Ben This list seems somewhat random, so I wonder how they came up with it... of course it has my two favorite books (Life of Pi, Blind Assassin), so I'm not complaining!

message 7: by Sian (new)

Sian Wadey I won all of these books in a competition at my local book store! I can't wait to get started!

Kimberley I was one of the givers for this, I gave Northern Lights out on the train on my daily commute, was a great event and a few of those I gave books too are now a part of my local book group, supprisingly more is their age, they are all mid to late teens. I joined this event as I believe in promoting literacy and in this day and age it is something that is rapidly in decline, you only have to look at how many libraries and bookshops are closing. I would love to hear from other people that were either involved in giving or were lucky enough to receive a book from the event, I'm even putting my name down to do it again next year too.

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads I believe it's coming to the U.S.

Kimberley I hope it goes international, it was a fantastic event here.
