WHAT?!?! That's rediculous. Best series ever... Uglies is next in line.

Don't get me wrong I was totally hooked while reading them...but then the hysteria that hasn't gone away over the below par writing and D-rated movie! I think the first book was good and the last three can't even compare. Zero character devolpment and the "heroine" of the story is whiney, selfish, overly-dramatic and just all around someone that most girls can't even somewhat relate to and it's definately not someone I would want the younger girls that read these books to try and emulate. Seriously, read some of the reviews of the series and you will die laughing

Bella is whiney, but other than that, they are good stories that I can read again and again. I don't think Stephenie Meyer's writing is fantastic, but she is an excellent storyteller. The stories draw you in and make you want to know more. The first movie was really bad, but they seem to be making improvements for the next installments. I think that people just get so consumed in the stories that they displace their facination onto the movies because there are no more books to read. I wish SM would stick with what she is good at and write another installment in the series. I'd love to know what happens with Renesme and Jake.

Don't get me wrong, like I said I was hooked! It's when I read it the second time that I'm like wow I hate Bella...Wow is this really the heroine of the book?...You know what I mean and if you remember I complained during reading even the first round about how obnoxious she is! "Look at me I'm complaining because my boyfriend bought me an expensive car...Have I told you how perfect he is?...Omg I have to marry the man I'm in love with, but I don't want tooooooooooooooooo lol

Yeah. She's a brat. I just want to be best friends with Alice.
