"I added this book because it absolutely works. If you read Elaine's story and the countless stories of people who have had success healing themselves with this diet, you will believe. Also, you don't even need to buy the book! Elaine and her followers (and now, her successors) have made nearly everything available online because more than anything else, they just want to make people well. It's one hell of a tough diet, but it WORKS.
