It's very surprising we all have common dilemmas when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, staying fit and getting away with faux regimes that promises you thousands but gives you nil. I know this is very common, information can be confusing and deceiving but then she manages to "DISTILL" and organize the ideas for her variety of readers. great JOB! This is my quick guide for my endless commitment in looking after my family and myself's health. Healthy can be very ambiguous,if geared with improper information and guide.For many that doesn't know where to start, this can be your best guide! The book started with letting the readers understand that the basics are right information and right attitude. Everything else will follow and will be done naturally. Its not that one snap change but the very fact that it's achievable- whew!exciting and motivating! I love having this book!" See Review |

COMPREHENSIVE, BRIEF, NO INSIGNIFICANT SIDEWAYS and DIRECT to the point! We need to have kinds like this. This very practical and something we overlook when searching for ways and means in loosing weight because we tend to look for an advanced means that promises a lot! As a working mom who still have my post pregnancy weight, this is a great "transpo" for me to reach my destination- have a healthy and my pre-pregnancy body. Believe it or not (I, myself believed it for the first time), we can achieve a healthy living in SIMPLEST ways. Please refer to Germaine's Ultimate list, yes you may consider many factors. In engineering, its like triangle stability notion: NUTRITION, EXERCISE and ATTITUDE. But this is general and I know a lot of us wants it to be specific and Simple. This book will guide you all throughout and will push you to your limits by motivating you as well. Whatever we have a lot in our minds right now, be at peace because here comes your great resource. I am quite depressed when I read this, I'm sorry for the term, because I felt sorry for my body and lifestyle as a whole. I work 10 hours daily and spend 8 hours on my computer. After working, I play with my baby (less activities mostly on peekaboos!), eat dinner, watch TV then sleep. Pathetic right? Good thing I started to change a little bit, but this change had brought me further to more change. Through this book realized I need to change a lot in my Lifestyle especially on considering exercise. I agree this is a good reminder for you to get rid of those common excuses most of us do when trapped between "laziness and fitness". This is a realistic approach. Nicely Done!" See Review |

"The company I am working with right now gives us daily supply of multivitamins. Honestly, I just consumed a total of 18 tablets (out of 1095 tablets given) and that was during my pregnancy. I have stopped taking it since I was not really comfortable taking in some big chunks everyday. It felt like I'm taking in something inside me that's synthetic, that's changing my entirely normal system.. and it's weird.

I came to a conclusion that it was just my mind-set that's giving me off this annoying sentiment and reaction towards multivitamins. Well this book gave me an opportunity to appreciate the importance and goodness of supplements like these. SIMPLE, COMPREHENSIVE and an INFLUENCE- this is the most accurate description I could give to this book! We can read a lot of this from the internet: blogs/forums/health sites, but this one is exceptional! Not a common summary or blog entry.
