Well I added it to a list of must-reads alongside Shakespeare, Ovid, Proust, Joyce and Kafka. And though it is none of them, it means to me, in personal ways, about as much. Or was that more of a "How good is A Time of Gifts" like I would say "How good is this taco?" to my pals who were also eating really good tacos with me?
