Would like to start with the best of these. They're all four stars, but do you favor one in particular?

All five are great readings. "Tropic Moon" is a quite uncommon novel in Simenon's collection. Upon reading, I found myself thinking about Somerset Maugham, you can find in it many analogies between the two authors as regards style and setting. "The Widow" is worthy and also the French film based on it, starring Alain Delon and Simon Signoret. The remaining three, too, should be read.
