I wasn't able to finish the book because a friend "borrowed" it and I never got around to getting another copy. So, the movie sounds like a great idea to me this time much more so than for The Twilight books which I have read inside and out.

I'm really intrigued how they are going to do it. Wasn't there a lot of internal dialogue and struggle?

Yeah, there sure was. Almost everything was based on inside dialogs. But usually a film is an entirely different thing from the book.
