I bought this book in the summer of 1995. I had an NEH grant to study The Great Black Migration at the University of Kansas. Robert Hemenway who used to be at UK is a chancellor at KU. He spoke to one of our luncheon groups about his biography of Zora Neale Hurston. It is interesting to read Dust Tracks and compare it to Hemenway's biography.
