I did not vote for either in round 1, so how to decide when neither is a book I would otherwise read? The tie breaker for me was length -- 501 v. 159 page.

I am pleased to see the vote generating so much interest - I wasn't really expecting my nomination to win this time...

Still all square and less than a day left - I hope somebody will break the deadlock!

We usually only tackle one Open Pick and one Moderator Pick per month, Carissa, but both these books have enough support that I don't see why the one that misses out this round won't be an excellent nomination for the next round.
