The china study is this book another diet nutrition? How to lose weight research? I really would like to choose this ,as my next Book Club. But not see any comments before I choose to read it.

Around 2005, my daughter came home from school for Christmas and brought a girl from China with her. They spread out a dozen books on our coffee table. One of them was “The China Study.” I found it extremely interesting as well as readable. I nominated this book because reading it was a shock and it profoundly changed my life. Even if it is not chosen, I hope some of you put it on a TBR list!
