If you don’t like Nesta then don’t read them. ACOFAS is not worth it and ACOSF is only really about Nesta and Cassian

You will like Nesta in ACOSF (maybe just a little bit). I voted yes to both! The 4th is really short tbh.
I hate her too so I'm not reading it. I can get a breakdown from that book when the next ACOTAR book comes out. You know someone will break it down and will put why CC and the other series are tied together.
I can only agree that if you are set on hating Nesta you're probably better off just reading something else. However, ACOSF does explain a lot if you're willing to let it. Maybe won't make you love her, but should definitely make it easier to understand and relate to her character. ACOFAS was disappointing to me personally.
I wasn’t a huge fan of Nesta nor Cassian until I read ACOSF but now their book is honestly my favourite of the entire series! I think it’s worth pushing through to finish them all.
the novella is cute n short, but be prepared for a shit-ton of character development to fly out of the window in the fifth book. i hated nesta again at the start of ACOSF, but i loved her by the end of it, so i’d recommend it. it is a pretty chunky book though, so it’s whether or not you feel like committing to that😭
I always look at it as if I was watching a TV series or Film series. you can't miss or skip a season/Movie as you lose the context etc.You may not like Nesta but she is a crucial part of this series, I personally do not like her but after ACOSF I had a better understanding as to WHY she is who she is and if I am honest its probably my second favourite book out of ACOTAR.
She's a complex character who is written amazingly. She gives balance and depth to the story. If you like ACOTAR and SJM's writing I think you are doing yourself a injustice by not finishing the series plus another book is in the works which you will need to read these books to understand.
