Brennon Martin Make it happen. The barriers to entry for authors have been reduced so much that pretty much anyone can be a writer if that's what they want to do. There's no guarantee of success, and you might not be able to quit your day job, but there is a huge feeling of accomplishment just getting it done and having something you can point at and say, "I wrote this."
