Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

T. Daniel Sheppeard This is a question writers get asked a lot, and often have a hard time answering. I'm no exception.
Diggory's World represents a lot of ideas that were gleaned from other stories that I never finished or never even started. I put them together to create the world that's explored in this book. Then I had to figure out a way to join these separate elements that had no connection before.
Then I came up with Diggory. I created him to be exactly the wrong person to have to deal with the challenges he found in that world.
