Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Gary Collins My most recent book "Going Off The Grid" truly came from an organic place. I had been dreaming about building a house in a remote area for over a decade. Some life events spurred me to start the project, and once I started people started showing interest in what I was doing. Initially, I had no intentions of writing a book about my project, but once people started e-mailing me questions about it I figured I better start documenting the project. After a couple blog posts and YouTube videos about the process and more questions, I decided to write about my off the grid project and how others can do it as well.
