Kerrelyn Sparks It's probably a problem caused by the huge number of ARCs (2500 copies) that they had printed to give away. With that many, a few mistakes can happen. But since it costs a publisher about $10 to make each ARC-- they actually use higher quality paper-- and the publisher makes no money in giving them away--it was really very generous of St. Martin's to make so many to give away.
