Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Roxanna Elden I began writing "See Me After Class" during my younger sister's first year as a teacher when I saw that she needed the same type of advice and encouragement that I needed during my own first year three years earlier. Many teachers get their best classroom tips and most comforting stories off the record from more experienced teachers. I wanted to collect those tips and stories and offer new teachers the funny, honest, practical guide that was missing from the lineup of books for new teachers.
