The best thing for me about being a writer of illustrated books (or, for the moment, of AN illustrated book!) is the ability to collaborate in turning ideas into a visual and physical reality. Unlike many writers, I'm guessing, I relish working with others - and Riccardo Guasco has been a real pleasure to work (and play) with.
