How young did you start writing and did you come up with parts of story lines before you decided to become a writer?

I've always loved writing, and when I was in school, English/Language Arts was always one of my favorite subjects. But I didn't think about being an author until much later in life. I was kind of sidetracked by the fact that I loved to draw, and when I was young my dream job was "Disney Animator." But my hands couldn't draw the way I needed them to, so in college I switched to being a film major, and after I graduated I realized I liked writing books better than screenplays.
As for story lines, yep, I've been coming up with story lines my whole life. In the beginning I'd try to draw them like cartoons. Then I tried to write them into scripts. And now I write them into books. But if you're wondering if I had any of the ideas for the KEEPER books or the Sky Fall books when I was younger, the answer is: I wish. I came up with those ideas after I'd already decided I wanted to write a book, and was trying to figure out what I wanted to write.

Hi! It's me again. Sorry for asking so many questions! I was thinking about the prologues in book 3 and 4 and I was wondering: Are the prologues in your book deleted scenes that you just HAD to put in the book because they were awesome but didn't fit into the story? And is Friday the Thirteen's still a working blog? Thank you!

Even though the definition of awesome is basically Lodestar's cover, I don't get it. Doesn't the Fitz from this cover look different compared to Everblaze's Fitz? I doesn't matter, though. There will still be the same amount of awesomeness. I can't wait! When can I pre-order Lodestar? After all, patience isn't my strong suit. Never was. -Navya
