What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Mary Ellis When I was 17, I took a cross-country train trip with my parents from Cleveland to San Francisco. On the train, I fell in L.O.V.E with a 17-year-old boy from Oakland. (as only 17's can do!) We pledged to track each other down sometime after college before we're old and gray. I would love to write a story about a 60-year-old widow who falls in love on a train and it turns out to be that same young man from long ago.
