Yo Mr Weeks, I don't really know why I started it like that but I like it. Are you intending at some point in the far distant magical future to release a combined edition of the Lightbringer trilogy like you did with the Night Angel? What's your favorite food? Do you speak any foreign languages? Sorry I love to ask random questions.

Yo Patrick,
Are you the guy I met at that thing? You know, where George was? Or was that a different Lachner?
I wouldn't be surprised if Orbit does some sort of combined edition or boxed set at least of Lightbringer. More likely, a boxed set. You may have noticed that The Lightbringer books have been a smidge longer than The Night Angel books were. With The Night Angel Omnibus (all three books in one), when I wanted to add a glossary, the production people had to check if adding those 50 pages would break the spine. Literally.
The Night Angel books were 155K to 170K words, The Lightbringer books have been 200-300,000 words. I just passed 165,000 words in The Blood Mirror, and I hope I'm halfway done. So... putting all of those in one volume may not be quite feasible. (Also, they never ask me about these things.)
Sriracha. Mostly because of how it's spelled.
Like my hero, Shakespeare, according to Dr. Johnson, I "know little Latin, and less Greek." ;)

In your writing, you haven't shied away from LGBT characters, often making them strong and sympathetic characters, which I greatly appreciate. And I think my boyfriend would greatly enjoy reading your work... so what would you recommend to get him to reading: have the Night Angel torture and judge him, have Andross Guile blackmail and extort him into reading, or something else?

Hey Mr Weeks, huge fan of your work! Got some questions: #1. How is it going the work on the graphic novel of "The Way of Shadows"? #2. How hard is for you to choose what to show on the graphic novel, do you participate in every aspect of the work? #3. Is there something not covered in the book that you would like to show on the graphic novel? Thanks!
