A woman suffers insomnia, waking at the same time every night for no apparent reason. She loses more and more sleep until she's barely getting any at all. Then the hallucinations start. In real life, I wake up at three ever night and watch The Great British Bake Off until the gentle lull of British accents puts me back to sleep. Not a compelling plot :)
