It's a fictional place and culture that pulls some details and flavor from Medieval Japan, Ancient Greece and Persia, and Africa, but in no way is Krasia meant to be a direct parallel or commentary on any particular people. You will see as the series continues that the Krasians are unique unto themselves. Hope you're enjoying the books!

In the Demon Cycle, people were saved because knowledge was retained through 5,000 years! So in order to survive the coming 5,000 years, knowledge should be preserved - that is the #1 priority!, what is your plan for retaining this knowledge in the series? will you address this point ? (Disclaimer: I didn't read the Nightfall saga yet)
