What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Sherry Knowlton This mystery is in MY life exactly. But, it relates to my father. Like many men who fought in World War II, he never talked much about the Great War. I knew he was in the SeaBees in Europe. He had photos from VE Day in Paris, so I knew he was there when the Allies declared victory. Recently, my brother shared a story that he'd heard from my grandmother -- that my father was present at the Normandy invasion. Wow. Since my father, mother and grandparents are gone, I might never know the details of my father 's service, but solving the mystery could be the start of a great plot for a book.
