absolutely LOVE all of your stories and your writing style and your sense of humor!! I have read and will continue to read every single thing you write....my only question is who comes up with the titles.....??....I, ummm...think they could be better...you are SO clever that I'm convinced that it's not you naming the Embraced series books.

Kerrelyn Sparks Well, you're right. My editor and marketing team at St. Martin's Press is coming up with the titles. My original title for Luciana's story was The Game of Stones-- referring to the Telling Stones and poking fun at Game of Thrones, but the marketing experts didn't think it would be seen as a romance or a humorous book. So that's what they're trying to convey with these new titles-- that there is romance and humor. They (and I) were worried that I could lose some of my readers if they didn't know the humor was still there. As for the old Love at Stake series, some of the titles were mine, and some were from my editor or marketing. They generally know what kind of titles will sell the most and draw in new readers. Once they catch a new reader with the title, its the content inside (my job) that will hopefully keep the readers coming back.
