My most recent book (as yet, unfinished) takes places around the Christmas holidays and involves a cookie competition. Since cookies are one of my favorite food groups, I've been having a blast describing the different cookies entered in the contest, which has gotten a bit cutthroat. I only wish I could bake as well as my fictional bakers can!
