I love all of your ladies in the Sisterhood series, they come across as such strong women, do you base them on strong women you know? And do you share traits with them?

Fern Michaels I gravitate towards strong women and use some of these traits in developing my characters. Sometimes there are bits and pieces of real women in my life reflected in these characters. And, I think there may be parts of me in Myra and Annie even though I don't have red boots.
